The wipers on your 2001 Intrigue are out of sync how do you fix this?

It had snowed and then froze. My fiance did not turn the wipers off before shutting off the car. Her son started the car the next day and then the wipers turned on the penger one broke free and the one did not. now they are thawed and function how ever now they are out of time or sync. How do i fix this, without dumping a large cost into it.
