I am depressed!?

THE VERY BEST DEPRESSION-FIGHTER IS EXERCISE. IT CLEARS YOUR MIND AND BOOSTS YOUR BODY TO NEW HEIGHTS. YOU NEED TO SET A TIME THAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU AND BE CONSISTENT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. PUT THIS FIRST AND EVERYTHING ELSE WILL FALL INTO PLACE. I WALK EVERY DAY WITH MY MP3 PLAYER - USUALLY VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING - GETS MY DAY ON TRACT FOR SURE. I HAVE DONE THIS FOR 30 YEARS PLUS. IF I AM FEELING DEPRESSED, OUT I GO FOR A WALK OR SOME OTHER TYPE OF PUSH-YOURSELF EXERCISE. YOU PUSH A LITTLE AND GAIN ALOT!
