What can I do? might have swine flu?

Ok, I'm not normally the type of person to be paranoid about something like getting swine flu, even if i get flu symptoms. But I have a sore throat, runny nose (like a waterfall), body aches, and a headache like no other. This is the worst sickness I've ever felt in my life. I called in sick to work today and I found out the lady that came to work to do our audit had the swine flu. I have NO MEDICAL INSURANCE, and little money. WHat can I possibly do? I also have no family at all with money or insurance :(
