Where is the fuel pump reset on or fuel pump relay on located on a 1998 Plymouth neon?

Closest thing I can think of is the ASD (AutoShutDown) relay, located in the Power Distribution Center, under the hood. It is a relay that shuts off fuel and spark when the ignition is on, but the engine isn't turning (as in a crash). Other than that, a fuse may be igned to the fuel pump.
