Anyone else thoroughly disgusted with FAFSA?

I know the fafsa is crap. it helped me though, after a long and tiring process. Has he tried looking for scholarships on fastweb.com? the website is really helpful. Also, if he is planning on being a teacher of some sort he can get a TEACH grant, this is not based on financial need. It is a grant that is automatic, the only catch is he would have to teach in a school with low income children for four years after he graduates, and be enrolled in some sort of courses to get his teaching certification through the college, otherwise the grant turns into an loan with interest.
