Malware (page file.sys help) red the discription. thanks in advance :)?

i have avira anti virus. so i did one of my weekly scans and i dont really pay attention to the warnings (there is detections, suspicous files and warnings) my computer clean but there was a warning. so i opened the report and one of tyhe warnings was PAGEFILE.sys so i googled it and its a virtual memory extension. but why would it come up as a warning. any help and if it is malware any ways to delete it? or clean it?
