Edwards Syndrome (Trinomy 18) Question? Help please?

Okay so for my bio project, it asked me to use an illustration based on meiosis that could have resulted in the karyotype of 3 chromsome 18's. Like I believe they want a picture of what the cell would appear like... thanks! Please help? If you can find a picture of the cell on the net link it here pls, or can you tell me what to draw?
