if u weigh 160 then to gain m u take 160 grams of protien but to add muscle and klook lean i would take in about 130 grams and all that would be used b/c of the work that u are doing but i would recommend that u split ur schedual and do 2-3 muscles a day and workout 5-6 times a week unless u dont have that time then u should stay w/ur original plan
