Why do I have a large stomach despite regular exercises and reduced eating habits?

try putting yourself on a 12 to 15 hundred calorie a day diet!?! & use those labels that let you know how many calories,fat,vitamins,iron,zinc ETCETERA,ETCETERA are in the entire pacage,container,box or what have you !?!. Now you will not be consuming all the fat & or calories etc_etc. unless you eat all in said package,box,container !?!(you know).. use the suggestions !! like amounts,portions,serving sizes to break it all down so you can keep up with & count calories better!! G/L~!!! r'`R`'r
