Please solve my problem?

I don't know english. Also speaking and writing. Please help me. How i can solve this? Also grammer and pronounciation problem and vocabulary problem please help me.? If you any one try to make suggestion for tution. My originally in india!(andhra pradesh). I am studying my studies 10+2 as telugu is a medium of instruction. Now higher studies didn't possible in telugu. Only one solution learning english language. Please pardon me for any mistakes!! Could you mini please tell me the way to how to learn english language?
