Employee benefits for small business - How do I start?

I own a very small LLC ( 5 employees). All are part time right now, although I plan on hiring at least one full time in the near future. They have expressed interest in employee benefits. I myself do not have health insurance and would like to include myself in a group plan. I have no idea how to start and cannot hire an HR person at this time. How do I find the right person to help me? I don't even know the proper search terms to research on my own. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
