My car over heats and ive done everything i can think of any other ideas?

what makes one run hot first theromstat then flow of radiator which you have done fans done that so now if you can see the flow of coolant and its moving check your hoses feel them any soft bad and could and have been know to suck shut.. and the adjusting of timing could have a lot to do with it as much as adjusting the boost so reset them back to where the should be and try again... if it gets hot short time runns replace the thermostat again in a drive had speed its a flow thing
