Im so stuck! Help me! Can anyone explain Radioactive decay?

For my physics homework (im doing GCSEs) i have been told to work out the half life of a radioactive material . At the moment all i have is a graph which slope downwards. HOW DO I WORK THE HALF LIFE USING THE GRAPH!? AHHH im so stuck and no one will help me!
