What does strictly platonic mean?

i am going to place an ad on craigs list. the add is to try and expand my social circle and build my social skills. i am intrested is meeting bother men and women but i am not sure where to place my ad. i was thinking of looking for other guys under the men seeking men area but i am looking for friendship not romance. the other catagory i thought of was strictly platonic but i am not sure what they means. i that strictly platonic meant a love relation with no physical contact.
