Teething: Eruption Cyst?

My daughter had an eruption cyst on her upper gum, she went to the doctors because it made me nervous at first... didnt know what it was. Her doctor told us that it meant a tooth was right on it's way out. The cyst broke 3 days ago - still no sign of a tooth? Anyone else's little one have a cyst? How long did it take for the tooth to come in? Thanks!
