My friend made me sick from cigarettes?

friend stayed the night yesturday (she is 17 and smokes every half hour), i smoke every 5 hours, i was up all night smoking with her , i woke up feeling like crap, my throat is sore, worst withdrewel in the world, my nose is congested.... i don't know how anyone could smoke like that everyday!?!?!?!?! it's not normal!!!
