Famous Poems Dealing With Saying Goodbye?

Ok, so.. I have to write a graduation speech for cl. I have to include quotes from two famous saying goodbye poems, if that makes sense. Does anyone know any famous poets that have written "goodbye" or "farewell" poems. The poems have to be focused more on saying goodbye to family rather than to a significant other. Please help.
