Does my roommate have a crush on me?

My roommate and I had an instant connection as soon as we met, we just clicked right away and became very close very quickly. She is a touchy-feely person and would always sit on my lap and give me hugs and kisses on the cheek all the time and then we started snuggling in our beds together and now we sleep in eachother's beds and nap together almost every day/night. We have never kissed or anything but have come close. Whenever we eat Twizzlers we will eat them like how Lie eats spaghetti like almost kiss but then we won't actually. She has a boyfriend of a few weeks but she barely talks about him and when she is with him she always tells me that all she wants to do is snuggle with me and that she misses me so much. Idk, I am very attracted to her and sometimes I try to initiate something but she seems resistant and other times when she tries I kind of resist because neither of us have ever been with a girl before, and we live together. Do you think she has a crush on me/should I just make a move when I think the time is right? Idk what to do.
