Can u help me...im in a dilemma?

there's this gurl goes by the name of krystal...she hatesme becuz one day i told a gurl there that i was PRACTICING with the varsity team....she went ahead & told crystal i told her i was actually PLAYING with varsity...crystal got mad cuz she thought i was y or sumthing and gave me a talking 2...i feel really bad...cuz she's so nice & she hates me...i send her an e-mail tru myspace...& idk...should i hav done that...i told things 2 her straight and thats it..im feel really bad...give me ur advice or cmnts plz!!! thnk u!!!
