Can I get fired for calling in sick for the first time?

So I basically have a sore throat, nausea, fever, and congested nose. I've been throwing up for a few days now but its getting worse. I was wondering can I get fired for calling in sick? Last minute? I worked Friday Saturday and Sunday. Two of my managers knew I wasn't feeling that great. I work at a gap... its my first time ever calling in. I went in when I was sick but I know I won't be able to handle it tomorrow :( help! I can't call in now since its three in the morning and I'm scheduled to go in at seven in the morning.... I'm creaking out. People call out all the time but I feel like they'll get mad at me since I'm always there and reliable and never miss a day.
